What to do when stressed and fatigue? All in the family are very busy. We do not have enough sleep.

On a vicious cycle ? What constitutes "enough sleep" is different from person to person. However, if you feel stressed/fatigued don't look to drugs/herbs for relief, get a sleep study (rule out sleep apnea, restless leg, etc.), avoid nighttime distractions (tv, computer), retire a little earlier (your work will wait until tomorrow), learn relaxation techniques, unload your plate if overwhelmed with being overly busy.
More restful sleep. If you don't have enough to sleep, then make sure you have quality sleep--minimize disturbance during your sleep. Reduce stress: divide up house chores, eat healthy, and doing more aerobic exercises can reduce your stress and improve your sleep.
