I randomly see bright yellow/white lines or dots appear from the sides of my eyes and come towards the middle. I see fine though what can it be?

In brief: Likely migraine
Likely a form of migraine called retinal or ocular migraine that may or may not be accompanied by headache.
Best to have a dilated retinal exam to rule out any other causes though.

In brief: Have this evaluated
While it is likely that what you are experiencing is a variant of migraine, if this is of recent onset, or striking, or accompanied by many floaters or diminution of vision.
- you should then see your ophthalmologist soon to rule out retinal detachment.
