In brief: No
Well aside from both itching - no.
But, be careful the owner of pinworms that scratch their hemorrhoids is in for a fun time in a pool of blood!

Pinworms and hemorrhoids are only related inasmuch as they are neighbors.
Pinworms are parasites that live in the colon as a tiny worm. They lay their eggs just outside at the anus, then crawl back inside. This tends to itch the child with it. A hemorrhoid is like a varicose vein in the rectum from years of pressure. To remove the blood from the vein, inflammation comes and brings burning and itch.

While both pinworms and hemorrhoids are problems which can cause itching of the anus, they are from completely different causes.
Pinworms are a common worm infection in which small worms lay eggs surrounding the anus and can cause itching. Hemorrhoids are varicose (overstretched) veins in the rectum and anal area cause by straining with bowel movements and often pregnancy.

There is no direct cause/effect correlation.
In theory, if one were to have a severe enough case of pinworms that caused constipation and straining, then you would be at risk for hemorrhoids. This would be a rare correlation.

These are separate issues, although they can occur at the same time.
The treatments are very different, as pinworms are an infection and hemorrhoids are a structural problem.

Pinworms are a type of parasitic infection of the rectum and anus.
Hemorrhoids are completely unrelated and one does not lead to the other. As dr. Gutman has already stated, both can cause itching, but pinworms are usually not painful and usually do not cause bleeding; whereas hemorrhoids can be painful and are a common cause of rectal bleeding.
