In brief: Need evaluation

Boils or carbuncle could be treated with antibiotics particularly those that cover staph.
Sometimes may require incision and drainage if soft and flocculent.

In brief: I take it the boil

Is outside your anus which is most likey either an abscess or a thrombosed hemorrhoid.
You dont really need any meds but an exam where some of them can be drained or removed in case of thromb hemorr. I recommend soaking your bottom in warm water for relief till you see your doc.
