In brief: Headache

Headache is not the usual symptom of a true food allergic reaction.
The usual symptoms are hives, itching, swelling, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, respiratory symptoms or anaphylaxis. Most persons with crab allergy will also experience symptoms with shrimp also suggesting a different reason for the headache. There are many reasons for headache and your physician can review that list.
