Unfortunately we can't cure arthritis.
You should consider activity modification--non impact exercise (ie riding a bike, swimming, elliptical). Stretching and proper strengthening of quads, hamstrings and core muscles may be helpful. Antiinflamatories intermittently may help too; if pain persists followupnwith orthopedist to discuss possibility of injections.
