In brief: Hard to know

There are no natural products that interact in any negative way with hiv+.
That said, the natural product market is by law unregulated and the contents of "natural" products can vary significantly from what is on the label. Many are known to contain lead, arsenic and sometimes pharmaceuticals or dangerous substances. The buyer must beware in this risky market.

In brief: Doesn't matter much

HIV status probably makes little or no difference in benefits or harms of natural medications, nutrients, or other products.
The important thing is to be on science-based antiretroviral (i.e. anti HIV) therapy (ART) under care of an HIV experienced doctor/clinic. Then follow their advice about diet, supplemental medications, etc.
