In brief: Malaria
To get rid of malaria, you need anti-malarial medications.
Diet will not get rid of the disease. Malaria lives within your red blood cells and while you can find diet therapies on the internet based upon foods with a high quinine content (a drug used as an anti-malarial), these are unproven. Malaria can be a very dangerous disease and should be treated by a physician.
