In brief: Stress relief
If this problem is isolated to your eyelid, it is called myokymia.
Myokymia of the eyelid usually resolves within a few weeks. It is associated with stress, lack of sleep and excess caffeine. If the problem persists see you eye doctor and he/she may advise some drops that have helped some people. If the problems spreads to other parts of the face, see your regular doctor.

Other stimulant type medications like Adderall, pseudo fed, etc may also make it worse.

In brief: Eye twitch
Other common causes of eye twitching are fatigue, dry eye, and allergy.
Caffeine use can also cause twitching. For the dry eye, try an artificial tear, such as theratears. For ocular allergies, try zaditor (ketotifen) or Pataday drops. If your symptoms do not improve, seek care from your local ophthalmologist.

In brief: Eye twitching
The most common cause of twitching of the eye(s) is simple nervous tension or anxiety.
The fact that this seems to start when you go to work increases the likelihood that this may be the cause. The treatment is to take some time out and practice relaxation--either progressive muscle relaxation or meditation. If the symptoms are severe, medication may help. Certain rare diseases (eg myasthenia) als.
