In brief: Get checked out

I would go ahead and get seen today to seen what needs to be done next.
Dont wait and let it get even worse.

In brief: See your doctor

If you have a rash that has worsened, you need to see a doctor to help determine the right diagnosis in order to obtain the right treatment.
Rashes require that the doctor examine the skin to try to determine what is causing it. I would recommend an appointment with your doctor.
