In brief: Full history & phys
U need a full history and physical.
Easiest explanation is allergies and sinusitis but many other more serious things can present this way . Go see ur dr.

Just having irritated eyes can cause your head to hurt. But sometimes the irritation is something quite serious, like glaucoma. Not a hangover? Use soothing eyedrops that have been in the fridge and a cool cloth over your eyes and take some Tylenol. If this doesn't help, and especially if the headache gets very bad or you have ANY trouble seeing, see a clinic or an ER, especially if you're >30

In brief: Headache
Your description could be many things such as migraines, dry eye, blepharitis, angle closure glaucoma, roasacea, and many other issues.
See an eye doctor since this could be serious.
