In brief: Probably nothing bad

Small blood blisters can occur, often during sleep, when a person is sucking-in with the lips sealed causing a small area of tissue (mucosae) inside your cheeks to wedge-in between your teeth for an extended period of time resulting in some trauma and minor bleeding.
Because it is rather superficial and the inside mucosae is thin, it pops easily.

In brief: Cheek Biting

If it's blood in the bubble it is probably trauma from biting your cheek.
If you are missing teeth or your teeth are worn the change in the vertical dimention between the uppers and lowers causes the cheek to "fold in" a little bit while you bite and results in the biting. Poor fitting or improperly made dentures with the wrong vertical dimension can cause this too. My suggestion see professional.
