It sounds too good to be true.
I have seen the commercials but I do not understand how it works. Agents rubbed on the skin generally do not penetrate down to the fat layer. Heat by itself will not melt fat, if it did the spanx garment would be even more popular.

External belts will not do what a tummy tuck can do.
Supportive under garments can help the adbominal contour while being worn, but once removed, nothing has changed. When something sounds too good to be true, it is most likely false.

It hides fat while you're wearing it. The minute you take it off everything is the same. It will not alter the appearance of your abdomen at all.
