Can you get hidradenitis suppurativa or cold sores from a blood transfusion?

In brief: No, you cannot

It is theoretically possible to get a systemic herpes infection if the person donating blood has an active viremia (virus in the blood), however that would make him/her very sick, and blood banks would not accept the blood of a sick person.
So, that is a practical impossibility. Hidradenitis cannot be transmitted by blood at all.
