I stepped on a fish bone and punctured a little tiny hole. I am up to date on tetanus (renewed 2 years ago) should I seek medical attention?

In brief: Depends

Although you are covered for the tetanus issue, the wound itself may become infected by other germs.
If you have cleaned it well and there is no redness or swelling you can monitor it until it heals. If there is redness or swelling at the site i would have it looked at.

In brief: A tetanus

"wound booster" is not a bad idea.
