Oatmeal baths [put oatmeal in old sock, knot the end for cheap oatmeal sachet. Don't forget to empty your sock before you put it in wash though!]. Steroid creams: otc Hydrocortisone 1%, prescription steroid cream from your doc. Otc pramoxine gel too. Avoid hot showers. Good luck!
