I have small hiatal hernia but have constant chest pressure and fullness that never goes away..Could this be due to hernia? Heart & lungs are fine.

In brief: Hiatal hernia

Yes, it can be.
The hiatal hernia does t need to be large. Even if the hernia is small, it may be large enough to cause significant gerd/esophagitis to cause severe discomfort.
