I have a keloid in the middle of my chest and used to be a small seven yrs ago and now its growing. Is there any medicine for this?

Stepwise approach. Avoidance of injury, pressure, massage, silicone gel sheeting, steroid injections, 5fu (fluorouracil) injections, surgery and/or radiation therapy are used in the management of keloids (roughly in that progression). Laser therapy is controversial.
None topical. Small keloids can respond to steroid injection by your doctor. Larger keloids will need surgical excision with possibly adding radiation therapy to decrease the risk of recurrence.
