Lean protein. The key is plenty of protein, any source. You can get cheap protein as whey or soy powder, and add it to your normal diet. Most supplements are of little or no value but you'd do well to try creatine for gaining mass. Generally eat healthy, avoiding the very greasy, salty, and sugary stuff. I can't tell you how much as your intake will vary with your aerobic calorie output. Glad you're lifting.
