In brief: Perhaps

This could be fibromyalgia, but pain can originate in one area and radiate up or down to different areas.
The focus could be one area (bony) or could be the large long paraspinal muscles following the spine longitudinally. I no improvement with conventional care (message therapy, ice, heat, etc.) then please have it checked. Upper back pain can also come from the lungs.

In brief: No.

You probably have just musculoskeletal problems rather than fibromyalgia.
Fibromyalgia has widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied with fatigue, sleeping problems as well as anxiety and mood issues. You need to consult with your doctor for further evaluation.
