In brief: Special belt

Seek care with physical therapist.
She can fit pregnant women with a belt to stabilize pelvic ligaments which may alleviate the pain.

In brief: Check the bed

Ligaments get looser during pregnancy and so sleeping on your side can cause more hip pain than usual, but don't sleep on your back or belly.
Use a full length body pillow to give yourself more support and body positions while sleeping, also check the mattress as it may be time to change it or at least rotate/flip it.

In brief: Tylenol (acetaminophen)

Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be helpful, as can warm (not hot) compresses or a warm bath.
You are likely having round ligament pain, which is not harmful, but is definitely uncomfortable.
