If it is mild nausea/vomiting with early pregnancy you can try Vitamin B supplements or ginger (ginger tea, ginger cookies, ginger supplements). Both, Vit.B and ginger are helpful in easing nausea. If you have severe nausea/vomiting and have been diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, I agree with Dr.Drezaliu ... your doctor should manage this with you.
