In brief: Antibiotics maybe

Bullous myringitis was formerly thought to be mainly due to mycoplasma, and so antibiotics such as erythromycins were commonly used.
But recent studies imply that the same organisms which cause routine otitis media cause the bullous form as well. Viruses can also cause it. If supportive care alone does not allow it to resolve, antibiotics may be curative.
