In brief: Centipede bite

Wash the wound with water ; soap.
You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or an NSAID for pain. Antihistamines can be used for itching. Check your tetanus status. If skin in the area is necrotic then you will need wound care.

In brief: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Ibuprof

Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Ibuprofen (like brand name advil or mortrin) are great to start with for a bite.
Ice on the sting can also help a lot.
