I want to gain weight naturally and healthy, please give me some advice, like what I have to eat every day? (sorry for bad english, I'm indonesian)

This is a good thing. Your english is perfect. Eat plenty of protein, eat what you like, avoid greasy / salty / sugary stuff. Get comfortable being a little bit hungry much of the day, and eat to satisfy hunger rather than to satisfy feelings. You're a young man and want lean muscle. Go hard on both resistance and cardiovascular training and your brain will direct you to the best food for a great body.
