After I eat (specifically dairy) it seems I can 'click' my front teeth with my tongue. Like they slightly shift? Dentist said they weren't wiggly?

Wiggly teeth. I am not real sure why you notice this phenomenon after specifically dairy, but your front teeth almost always have a slight degree of mobility due the roots structure shaped like cones narrowing to a point.
Hmmm? I see no relationship between eating specific foods and "clicking" of your teeth. Your dentist was implying that the teeth do not appear mobile (loose). The dentist who saw you would be in the best position to help you further explain what you are experiencing. We would have to see you ourselves in order to evaluate further. Perhaps it's just a habit you created?
