In brief: Call somebody!
If they are having difficulty breathing, are seizing, are dusky or blue, or are lethargic, call 911.
Otherwise, call your doctor's office immediately. If there is not a timely response and/or you are not comfortable with waiting, go to the nearest emergency room.

In brief: Call doctor quickly
If a baby is having a worrisome reaction after a vaccination, the parent should call the doctor right away.
Of course, if the reaction is severe, the parent should first call 911 for an ambulance, and then call the doctor after the ambulance has arrived.
