If you have an adenovirus infection of the eye (s), there is no known anti-viral product available.
You should be careful not to spread the infection (usually by contact with fingers to eyes), and keep the eyes lubricated and clean. Usually this will clear in 3-10 days depending upon the virus. If the vision is down, the pain significant or pus is present, see an ophthalmologist.
