I am 11 weeks pregnant and have the flu realy bad is this safe or should I go to my gp?

Flu. Flu due to influenza is rare in the northern hemisphere during summer months. An alternative diagnosis should be sought if symptoms are serious and last longer than one week.
Sure. Why not let your doctor take a look at you and suggest whether or not you may need some form of treatment. It is not likely that there is much they will do for you or your baby, but always helps to have a knowledgeable person examine and suggest. Good luck.
