Is it normal for slimmy stuff to come out of the vagina during a period? I'm not sexually active.

Probably. During the menstrual period you will pass blood, clot, tissue fragments, and mucous. Sometimes the entire endometrial lining will pass at one time - that is called an endometrial cast, and is not abnormal. What you describe is likely perfectly normal.
Yes. It is normal to have a variety of vaginal secretions during the month. Near the time of ovulation, those secretions become very slimy and stretchy.

I am sexually active. (no STIS) about 3-4 days before my period starts, my vagina burns on the inside and out. It's also painful stretchin during sex?

Vaginal pain. hello ~ this could be caused by a number of things but prominent would be bacterial vaginosis, fungal infections like thrush or a particularly dry vagina which can be due to inflammation or medication. I think it would not be an un-necessary enterprise to visit an OBGYN so that they can take a peek and see if there is anything serious going on or you could start using OTC anti-fungal cream.Thanks. Yeast/bv. There are a couple of infections that are not sexually transmitted that can cause itching. One is bacterial vaginosis, that is usually associated with a fishy odor. The other is yeast and with that there is usually a white discharge. If you do not have other symptoms it may just be from hormonal changes around your period. See a doctor if you are unsure.
