I have seen an ep said pvcs come from rvot. Cardio says in left vent. How do I know for sure?

Both are right. Pvc 's can originate from either side with no bearing on significance.
The EP is right. An ep is an electrophysiologist, a cardiologist who has sub-specialized in cardiac rhythm disturbances. I would believe that person. Pvcs can originate in the rvot (right ventricular outflow tract) or from anywhere in the left ventricle. There are clues on the ekg which help to pin down the origin and definitive proof can be obtained during electrophsiolgic testing in an ep lab.
Get a second opinion. The location of the PVCs can be predicted based on the "way they look" on your 12 lead ECG. I would suggest getting a second opinion and take your ECG with you.
