What is the difference between loseasonique and seasonique when treating stage 2 endometriosis if loseasonique made me sick and increase pain?

In brief: LoSeasonique

Loseasonique is a low dose version of seasonique, both containing the same hormones, levonorgestrel/ethinyl estradiol.
As both seasonique and loseasonique contain same ingredients in different proportions, the precautions with seasonique are nearly the same as are with loseasonique. Check with your doctor regarding your reactions to loseasonique.

The issue with the increase pain with either pill would make me question whether you were getting the desired benefit of no periods for 3 months. If still any bleeding then will not be effective for endometriosis therapy and would consider changing management

In brief: Essentially None

Very little difference except estrogen dose.
If one works and the other doesn't, use the one that causes less problems. It would be unusual however that one of these drugs would cause those symptoms and the other did not. In that instance, it is likely not the drug that caused the increase pain and nausea.

In brief: Estrogen amount

Lo seasonique has a lower amount of estrogen/pill than seasonique.
This pill is given for 3 months continously(84 days)) to minimize the return of endometriosis. Talk with your gyn about treatment options including lybrel(1 year pill) or gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists(snrh agonists) such as lupron(shot) or synarel(nasal spray).
