Will I have to get poked with a needle when I get an abdominal pelvic CT scan without dye?

In brief: No

There is no need to do that unless the procedure is ct guided drainage of a collection.

In brief: Nope

If you don't need dye (iv contrast) - no needle is needed.
No labs are needed but most docs will ask for oral contrast (drink some nasty stuff) or IV contrast depending on what they're looking for. Whoever ordered the test can tell you. If you forget, the radiologist or his/her staff can tell you beforehand.
