Does having brain aneurysms and asd make a difference in choosing a medication to help for quitting smoking?

Given the fact that I have 3 brain aneurysms and an asd should I be concerned over a slight size diff. In my pupils?
Not necessarily. Anisocoria, or a difference between the size of the pupils, can be present to a small degree, up to one millimeter, in normal people. If the pupillary difference you are noticing is different from before, it would be reasonable to mention this to your doc.
