Not necessarily. Anisocoria, or a difference between the size of the pupils, can be present to a small degree, up to one millimeter, in normal people. If the pupillary difference you are noticing is different from before, it would be reasonable to mention this to your doc. Risky. You have cardiomyopathy which is not helped with alcohol. You are at risk for arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation and this would be more likely with beer. Therefore, i would avoid alcohol. Read more...
