In brief: Test?

Do a hpt to find out, there's no way to do anything but 'guess' otherwise.

In brief: If concerned

Always take a pregnancy test.
It is possible to have periods when pregnant. It sounds weird to have ovulation cramps on both sides. Usuall it is only from one side at a time you ovulate from.
