Weird sores on tip of tongue and is always discolored-white. Pic http://imgur. Com/xfxv8ji. Help?

Tongue picture. It is tough to say what the cause is without seeing it first hand, however, a picture is said to be worth a thousand words. The picture appears like classical benign migratory glossitis or geographic tongue which can be symptomatic in many people burning, stinging. The patches on the tongue usually move around and wont be in the same place the next time a pic is taken. This is one DX from the pic.
See your dentist. We need more information than a photo posted on the internet. A complete medical and dental history would be helpful. It could be accidental bite, burn, medication related, fungal, allergic reaction, geographic tongue just to mention a few things. I recommend that you see your general dentist or an oral surgeon for a one on one evaluation.
