In brief: Do not eat dairy
There is no "cure" for lactose intolerance as much as it is avoiding dairy products which come in cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, milk, creamers, whey protein, and products that have casein such as processed meat that has to be held together like hot dogs.
If you really want to have dairy, you can use lactaid pills but it works if your symptoms are mild.
