If you know you have a coronary artery anomaly (ie, being born with an artery that supplies the heart muscle arising in an atypical location and/or following an abnormal course), i assume you've had an arteriogram? (which is the only way to diagnose it).
Most coronary anomalies are benign and require no treatment. A few are potentially lethal and require bypass surgery. The a-gram distinguishes.
