Can cerumen impaction be cured?

Fixable non-disease. Cerumen is product of the outer half of the ear canal & will shed spontaneously in most. For those with a clean ear fetish for self or kids, the process of cramming a qtip in an ear canal can cause this in some who don't have the problem naturally, pusning wax further in & complicating removal. Wax softening drops, waterpick wash out&removal with tools are all possible temporary solutions.
