Unfortunately, the only intervention that has been proven to speed up the recovery time of postconcussive syndrome is light exercise.
The best thing to do is stay active as much as possible, and advance your level of activity as tolerated. While there are symptomatic treatments for some aspects of the disease (headache, insomnia, vertigo), they do not help with recovery.
