Had breast augmentation and lift 4 weeks ago. Both my breasts are red and sore all over the breast even not on the scarred part. I've put dermastine cream all over them. Is something wrong?

In brief: See you surgeon!

Pain and redness following surgery can indicate a number of things including infection.
If treated early, you may be able to avoid removal of the implant. However, if left untreated it can progress to a worsening infection and the potential need for IV antibiotics and temporary implant removal. You definitely need to consult with your surgeon about this.

In brief: Infection?

It seems unlikely that you'd get an infection in both breasts at the same time, but it's possible.
Early, aggressive antibiotics may be needed if you have an infection or the implants may need to come out for a few months. See you doctor right away.

In brief: Redness

You should be seen by your surgeon.
If you are not comfortable with their recommendation then you may want another opinion. You could have an infection.

In brief: See Surgeon.

Color changes of the breasts after surgery are not uncommon.
These changes may be related to venous congestion, allergies, or infection. Online consultants, without the benefit of examination, will not be helpful to you. Therefore, best to be seen by your plastic surgeon for accurate advice/treatment recommendations. In the meantime, avoid use of topical creams. Best wishes.
