I have had sex everyday during fertile period upto my day of ovulation. On this day i also had an MRI scan. Would this kill the sperm?

Mri probably couldn't kill the sperms.
If you were pregnant MRI however can be harmful to the fetus, particularly if you had contrast.

Unlike x-rays and ct scans, mris do not involve radiation.
While radiation can kill sperm, even the amount you would get exposed to in an an x-ray or ct may be too little.
