A cure? Often no. Peripheral neuropathy can be well managed with one(or several) medications. It is best treated (and maybe cured) by addressing the cause (diabetes, toxin exposure etc).
Neuropathy. I do't think that there's a cure for peripheral neuropathy. I do think that a major cause of neuropathy is the failure of the vasa nevrorum to supply adequate oxygen to the nerves. Therefore, the condition can be ameliorated by controlling any underlying disorder and maximizing blood flow to the area. Also, I have seen significant amelioration with use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
