In brief: 2different questions

A breast mass does not require treatment, it requires a diagnosis.
Please see your gyne or primary care doctor for referral to a breast surgeon. If appropriate, a nonsurgical biopsy can be done there. Breast pain, likewise, requires a comprehensive evaluation for the cause. Once this is determined, we can then focus on how to treat the pain, usually without the need for surgery.

When you say mass in the breast it is not a jock, you have to check it out, the same for recurrent pain.
