If the possibility of gallbladder/liver disease has been ruled out; i suggest getting a thorough physical exam from your doctor. There may be some musculoskeletal component or diaphragm issue.

Also can be a primary colon problem with a tumor in your transverse colon and thus you should consider a colonoscopy
