I have been off of the pill for about a month an a half now, but I still haven't got pregnant, could the pill still be in my system?

No. As soon as you stop taking the birth control pill, it no longer has contraceptive effects. The pill has no effect on future fertility. 80-90% of couples having regular intercourse (2 or more times per week) will become pregnant within one year. If after a year you have not conceived, you should seek the help of a fertility specialist. Good luck!
