Which foods should you eat or beverages to drink when you have acid reflux?

In brief: Not so much WHAT...

But how much -- the more in your stomach, the higher the pressure, more reflux.
Eat smaller meals, and stay upright for at least an hour afterwards. Avoid tomatoes, citrus, chocolate, caffeine, peppermint, alcohol, and fatty foods -- these all make reflux worse. Milk may soothe the esophagus; otherwise there are no foods that help. Make sure you take a powerful acid blocker (prilosec) etc.
