In brief: None

The only treatment is prevention.
The varicella vaccine should be administered at 12mo of age and at 4-6 years of age. If you do get chicken pox, then the only treatment is pushing fluids, rest, pain meds (not aspirin), and occasionaly some benedryl for itching. There are some rare complications, such as skin infections, pneumonia, and encephalitis.

In brief: Chickenpox treeatmen

The best treatment is preventive.
Get the vaccine is possible. It is 97% effective. If you already have the infection, then good symptomatic care. Skin care, itch control, fever control, and if seen early enough, a prescription antiviral drug can decrease the severity and number of "sick days.".
