In brief: Nothing go ASAP

Renal vein thrombosis is an emergent condition, requiring immediate treatment to prevent a pulmonary embolus (pe).
There needs to be an evaluation for a cause for the thrombosis and prompt treatment to resolve the clot and prevent progression of the clot and possible pe or loss of the kidney.

In brief: Absolutely nothing

As drs. Korona and higginbotham have said, a renal vein thrombosis is nothing to play chicken with.
It must be treated as an emergency in the hospital.
