Does lymphoma show anywhere in blood tests or can you have clear tests and still have it? Can lymphoma cause hair loss?

In brief: Blood tests

Provide no clue to lymphoma.
Alopecia can be liked, but not very common. Fever, weight loss, sweats, and itching are more likely, with a gland or glands swollen (these are lymph nodes).

In brief: Yes/Yes/Unlikely

Patients with lymphoma can have elevated or low white cell counts and/or low hemoglobin or platelets if there is involvement of the marrow.
They can also elevate an enzyme called ldh or have other lab abnormalities depending on the organs involved but they can also have normal labs. As to the hair, i don't think so, except of course if they are on chemo. Not 100% sure on that last one though...
